What is gym digital signage?

Gym digital signage is the network of screens across a fitness club — reception, studio doors, the cardio and free-weight floors, locker rooms and the juice bar — carrying class timetables, trainer availability, member milestones, offers and safety information. One person updates all of it, usually from a phone, without printing another A4 sheet and taping it to a mirror.

A gym runs on a timetable that changes constantly: a cover instructor, a cancelled class, a new block starting Monday. Printed timetables are out of date within a week and the empty class at eleven in the morning stays empty because the members on the floor at ten do not know it exists. Screens can show current classes to people already in the building.

DigiSign is priced per screen, so a single studio can start with two displays and a chain can run every club from one account. The Calendar app reads any ICS feed in four layouts including a spotlight view with a live countdown, which is exactly what a studio door needs.

Gyms & fitness environments

Every screen in the club

Reception to locker room, one dashboard, screen groups per site.

Reception & entrance

Today’s classes, joining offers, opening hours and the club rules — seen by everyone on their way in and on their way out.

Studio doors

What is on now, what is next and how long until it starts, with a live countdown. The single highest-value screen in a fitness club.

Free-weight & cardio floors

Technique reminders, challenge leaderboards, PT availability and ambient content that is worth glancing at between sets.

Locker rooms & corridors

Etiquette, hygiene reminders, towel and locker policy, and upcoming events — the notices nobody reads on paper.

Juice bars & cafés

A proper menu board for shakes, supplements and snacks, day-parted and priced centrally with the built-in menu app.

Multi-club chains

Brand campaigns pushed to every club at once, while each site keeps its own timetable and local offers on its own screen group.

Use cases

What fitness operators put on the screens

Six jobs that convert people already inside the building.

Live class timetables

The Calendar app reads any ICS or iCal feed in four layouts — agenda, spotlight with a live countdown, week grid or ticker — and up to three feeds can share one screen.

Fill the empty class

Promote the under-booked session to the floor an hour before it starts. Quick Post puts it on every screen in the club immediately, then takes it down when the class begins.

Sell personal training

Trainer profiles, specialisms, availability and a QR code that books a consultation from the screen — in front of the members most likely to buy one.

Member milestones & challenges

Leaderboards, transformation stories and challenge standings driven from a Google Sheet with the Data Plugin. Recognition is what makes a gym channel get watched.

Ambient content between sets

Headlines from ten live news feeds, live weather and local air quality. In Indian cities the AQI board is genuinely useful before an outdoor session. Weather and AQI are Command-plan apps.

Safety and club notices

Equipment out of service, maintenance windows, class relocations and closures, published to one club or every club in the group in a single tap.

Sell to the people already inside

The cheapest member to fill a class or sell a PT block to is the one standing on your floor right now. Screens can put a relevant offer near the point of decision.

A timetable that is never out of date

Point the Calendar app at the feed your booking system already publishes and the studio door follows it — cover instructors, cancellations and all.

Start with two screens

Per-screen pricing from ₹249 on hardware you already own means reception and one studio door can go live before you commit the whole club.

Gym digital signage questions, answered

Class timetables and studio-door screens, promoting under-booked sessions, personal-training and trainer profiles, member milestones and challenge leaderboards, juice-bar menus, joining offers, and safety or maintenance notices. Most of it is about selling to members who are already in the building.

If your booking system publishes an ICS or iCal feed, yes — the Calendar app reads it directly in four layouts, including a spotlight view with a live countdown that suits a studio door. Up to three feeds can run on one screen. Where there is no feed, the Data Plugin renders a Google Sheet instead.

Quick Post sends a message over whatever is playing on every screen in the club over a live connection, and you can schedule it to clear itself when the class starts.

Yes. Group screens by club and target a playlist at one site, several, or the whole chain, so brand campaigns go out centrally while each club keeps its own timetable and local notices. Role-based access controls who can publish where.

Any TV or monitor with an HDMI input, plus an Android TV stick, a Windows PC or a supported browser. Pair the player using the code it displays; and screens can switch themselves off outside opening hours on a schedule.

Pricing is per screen per month with no minimum, so a single studio typically starts with two — reception and one studio door — for the cost of a couple of memberships. Every plan begins with a 7-day free trial and no card, so you can test it on the screens you own before deciding.

Ignite is ₹249 per screen per month (introductory, then ₹349) and includes calendars, the Data Plugin, menu boards, scheduling, real-time broadcast, monitoring and the AI Studio. Command at ₹699 per screen (then ₹999) adds Weather, Air Quality Index and the other premium live-data apps plus audit logs and an SLA. Read the India digital signage cost guide.
