Agreement
These Terms govern your use of the DigiSign website and platform, operated by Dynamb Technologies. By creating an account or using the service you agree to them.
Use of the service
You agree to use DigiSign lawfully and not to misuse the platform, interfere with its operation, or attempt to access it in unauthorized ways.
Accounts
You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.
Plans and billing
Paid plans are billed per screen as described on the pricing page. You may upgrade, downgrade or cancel at any time; changes take effect from the next billing cycle.
Availability
We work hard to keep the service available and reliable, but provide it on an 'as is' basis without warranties except where required by law.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
